Virtual Assistant Needed at Foreman & Associates

We’re actively looking for a virtual assistant to work with our team and assist with various administrative duties to include:

1. Calendar management
2. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations
3. Travel research
4. Call management
5. Contact management (database)
6. Correspondence, presentation, and proposal drafting
7. Newsletter and blog writing (possibly)
8. Lead generation and management
9. Other duties

We also need assistance in our Human Resources (HR) department, and this assistant (or another assistant—which means two (2) candidates) is needed to help with:

1. Place job, contract, and internship postings
2. Pre-screen applicants
3. Onboarding and offboarding of personnel
4. Helping manage our electronic filing system and database
5. Recruiting
6. Employee training and compliance
